Let’s get Vossome

What are YOU looking at?

Windows showing dirt old enough to get a driver’s license? Maybe the driveway needs a fresh start, or the gutters have become a wildlife refuge. Tell us what needs attention, and we’ll help you choose the right service and get a clear quote. That’s how the Happy Client Business do.

Pricing first, details second

Tell us about your project

Pick everything on your list and play with the calculators. No name, phone, or email needed until you’re ready to send. Guesses are welcome, and nothing here is a commitment.

1. What can we help with? Select all that apply.

Choose as many as you like. Questions appear only for what you pick.

Window cleaning

Standard pricing on standard windows is $100 to come out + $10 per window. That includes insides, outsides, screens, sills, and tracks; the whole window

Optional. A loose guess is great.

A ballpark count is all we need—there’s no need for concrete numbers just to get on the schedule. An estimate just helps us plan our day and gives you an idea of the pricing.

On the day of the appointment, we’ll take a quick lap, count everything up, and review expectations and the exact price with you. Once you give us the okay, we’ll get started.

Gutter cleaning

Gutter cleaning is $1 per foot per story, with a $180 minimum. We check and clean all downspouts at no extra cost; they don’t count toward the footage.

No need to climb a ladder with a tape measure—we’ve got that part. We’ll measure at your appointment and review expectations and the exact price with you before we get started.

Optional approximate footage at each height. Combined totals per height are fine, and guesses are welcome.

House washing

A standard house wash is a flat rate $400. Nice and simple.

If your home is three stories tall, larger than 4,000 square feet, or requires us to get on the roof, we’ll need a few more details before confirming the price. Either way, you’ll know the total and give us the okay before we get started.

Driveway, patio, and walkway cleaning

Surface cleaning is 40¢ per square foot. That puts a 500-square-foot driveway or patio at $200.

Have a rough idea of the size? Pop it in below to see about where you’ll land. Otherwise, leave the measuring to us—we’ll measure at your appointment and review expectations and the exact price with you before we get started.

Square feet wins if you fill it in. Length × width is used only when you give both.

Deck cleaning

For a ballpark price, figure 50¢ per square foot of deck surface, plus $2 per foot of railing. That covers all sides of the railing, so you only count once.

With so many variables like material, size, shape, and access, decks are a little tricky. If you could tell us a little about your deck or text over some photos, that would help us work up some numbers. If that all sounds fair, let’s pick a day. We’ll take accurate measurements on the day and get your okay on the total before we get started.

Enter 0 if there is no railing.

What is your deck made of?

Optional. Gates, height, tight spots, pets.

Something else

Other services are reviewed individually. Describe what you have in the notes below, and we’ll follow up with a plan. They are not part of any total shown here.

Select a service above to see a running estimate. It’s only an estimate; we confirm counts, measurements, and the exact price at your appointment, and you give the okay before we start.

2. Your details

A real human on the Vossome team will check this out and get back to you. We won't share any of this with our robot overlords or anything; an address helps us schedule an efficient route.

Prefer to talk to a human first? Text or call us at (314) 775-1080.

How would you prefer us to reply?

Only the one that matches your preferred method is required.

JPG, PNG, or WebP. Up to 5 photos, 5 MB each. Photos are resized for email and sent to Vossome as attachments, not saved on the website. If anything goes wrong with the form, you’ll need to choose photos again.

Sending this does not book an appointment, and it doesn’t sign you up for marketing. Someone on the team will follow up.
